Superintendent

Lowell, AR

At least 3+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating Heavy Equipment: Excavators, dozers, and backhoes.
  • Performing Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Supervising a Crew: Lead a team on the job site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
  • Safety Leadership: Follow and enforce all safety rules, maintaining a safe working environment and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Completing Paperwork: Document and maintain required project forms and records.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally, and 40-50 pounds frequently; constant sitting, grasping and reaching, occasional climbing and walking.
  • Must be able to work outdoors and travel as needed.
  • Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.
