About the Role

Crossland is seeking college construction graduates for an entry-level salaried position designed to develop future Project Managers. This role typically lasts 1–3 years and provides hands-on training. Advancement is based on an individual’s commitment, ambition, knowledge, and attitude. A drug screen, physical exam, and criminal background check are required for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand company safety policies.
• Assist with contract document organization, distribution, and controls using company standards and software.
• Support project planning and scheduling.
• Manage submittal organization, distribution, and coordination to ensure quality control
• Attend and document meetings both on-site and off-site
• Learn company estimating standards and software while coordinating with estimators and Project Managers
• Assist with coordination between Owners, Architects, and Engineers as directed by the Project Manager
• Help manage contracts and purchase orders
• Track and manage change order documentation
• Assist with cost control, cost accounting, and accounting reporting
